Kangoo Jumps Warranty
Kangoo Jumps are warranted by the Official Distributor to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. If found to be defective, replacement or repair will be authorized subject to the following limitations.
1. The Warranty shall be in effect for 365 days from the date of purchase (exemptions are the shells and springs, which has a 90-day warranty)
2. The Warranty is valid for defects in materials or workmanship only and does not include normal wear & tear.
The Official Distributor’s sole liability from this sale and this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective product or component. If the boot portion is defective, the entire product will be replaced. If a component is defective, only that component will be replaced.
NO WARRANTY OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN IS MADE EITHER EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED.
Returns and refunds
The information below is for customers in Canada who bought their boots or accessories or parts in our Kangoo Club Canada website.
You can return an item you bought from the Google Store within 15 calendar days after the day you received it.
We’ll refund the account you paid with (minus your original shipping and handling charges) within 14 business days after we receive the product.
Customer pays the Delivery Charge on Returning Goods and they do not get a refund on the delivery charge
Extended holiday returns
If you buy boots or parts or accessories from our online store between November 25 and December 25, 2016, you can return them through January 12, 2017.
You can exchange the product within 15 calendar days after the day you received it.
We will send you the exchanged item in 3 business days after we receive the returned item.

Cancel an order
Cancellation of the order is allowed for 6 hours after purchase has been made.
Replace a defective device
If you think your product is defective please contact us.
We only ship in Canada.

By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive email from us. The aim of our newletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about new software releases or new service offerings. The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory.
The frequency of the newletter issues will be at most monthly, unless serious security concerns about one of our software programmes will force us to do otherwise
We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users / visitors from or newsletter service, without notice . We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.
We will not communicate / spread / publish or otherwise give away your address. You'll be able to change your subscription settings or to delete it alltogether anytime.
